The Presidential Elections of 2020
Updates from November 5th
As of 1:15 AM Central on November 5th, Joe Biden has gotten farther ahead in the race to become the President of the United States of America at 264 electoral seats and 72,077,457 votes at 50.4% against Trump’s 214 static electoral seats and 68,601,159 votes at 48%. With just 6 electoral votes for Biden to win, Trump has started getting massively agitated, getting him to challenge the vote counts in the states of Wisconsin, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.
There are only 5 states left to confirm their vote counts and decide the fate of the country itself and millions of decisions, both national and international, for the time to come. Amongst some of the tweets seen by our team are ones that worry about the reaction of Republicans regardless of the win – rioting, destruction, market crashes, and practically time pausing across the States.
