Mariah Carey’s New Album Is For Her Fans
Mariah Carey is an American musical superstar who rose to fame in 1990 with her debut album after signing with Columbia Records. She is also an actress, entrepreneur and philanthropist alongside being a record producer and a singer-songwriter.
She announced the release date for her upcoming new album dedicated to her fans titled ‘Rarities’ on August 18th via social media to her millions of fan followers. The album is set to be released on October 2nd via Apple Music, iTunes, Amazon, and Artist Store through her Pre-Order and Pre-Add link.
When posting on social media, she captioned the announcement saying, “This one is for you, my fans. It’s to celebrate us, and to thank you for 🤫 years of pure love and support. I am so grateful to you 🐑❤️ THE RARITIES album is out October 2 🦋.”
“Rarities” will be Carey’s 8th compiulation album and is produced by the songstress herself alongside Columbia and Legacy Records. The album features a massive total of 32 tracks including many that have never been released before. One such track titled “Save the Day” features Lauryn Hill. The album is also bringing back Carey classics such as “Always Be My Baby” and “Hero”, both of which have been amongst her biggest hits.
