Pakistan’s 1st Private Space Company Set to Announce Launch Timeline
The CEO, Mr. Sami Ullah Khan of Pakistan’s first private space company, The Rocket & Satellite Company Limited, announced on July 13th, 2020 that they would be announcing their launch plan and timeline this Independence Day 2020!
The privately held venture is a registered company with the SEC of the Government of Pakistan and is based in the southern port-city of Karachi. Their low-cost solutions offer expertise in 3 main areas including Space Launch Systems, Satellite Manufacturing, and Ground Service. Once set up and running, the company plans to offer in-orbit satellite servicing and space debris solutions as part of their long-term plans to increase satellite lifespan and safer space travel from the Earth and back.
Earlier last week, Mr. Sami Ullah Khan, the Founder and CEO of the private company announced via a tweet that on 14th August 2020, they would be announcing their timeline for their launch. Details have yet to be announced about vehicles, rockets, and astronauts for the launch.
