Nick Cordero Dies 95 Days After Contracting COVID-19

Broadway star and Tony Award nominee Nick Cordero1 has passed away due to complications during his battle with COVID-19. The Canadian actor had been in the emergency room and then on a ventilator due to the virus since March 30th, 2020.

Nick Cordero went through multiple health setbacks including unconsciousness, mini strokes, blood clots, sepsis infection, tracheostomy, a temporary pacemaker implant, and a leg amputation. He had been on the waitlist for a double lung transplant when he passed away.

The late actor is survived by his widow, Amanda Kloots and 1-year-old son Elvis. Amanda had been updating fans through her social media throughout the heartbreaking ordeal. They had been married since 2017.

Sending out prayers and strength to Amanda Kloots, baby Elvis, and all those left behind by victims of the virus.
